You are weak and want to improve yourself for your New Year's resolution. You go to a gym where they are hosting a competition in order to discourage the new gym members from taking up space on the equipment. You must train each muscle group to prove yourself!

How to Play

Lifting

- scroll up to raise the weight and progress the bar

- type out words as they appear to resume scrolling

Weight Stacking

- A and D or left arrow and right arrow to move

- Stack weights on your core and reach the white bar to win

- Weights stick to you after short contact due to your sweat

Soccer

- Drag your character with the mouse to kick the ball into the goal

- If the ball is touched for too long (doesn't need to be continuous) the ball pops
